Prepare a useful bug report

Note your browser and operating system, the file extension, approximate file size and duration, and the exact visible error. Explain whether the problem happened during file selection, preview playback or WAV download.

Keep recordings private

You do not need to share the original clip to describe a problem. If a sample becomes necessary, make a short non-sensitive recording that you own. Avoid recordings containing other people’s voices without their permission.

Things to try first

Use an unprotected mono or stereo file under 12 MiB and 60 seconds. Try a short WAV and a current browser. If the export downloads but will not play in another app, note which app and keep the original file.

What happens after a report?

The operator reviews reports to understand reproducible problems. There is no guaranteed response time or dedicated help desk. Please use a clear subject such as “Audio reverser: WAV download” and include steps that another person can follow. Do not send passwords, payment details, or a recording of someone else without permission.
